CTM ‘beets’ the rest at the Royal Norfolk Show

“Winning the best trade stand award at the Royal Norfolk Show was the icing on the cake!” said Nigel Mountain, Sales Director of CTM Root Crop Systems.

Exhibiting for over 50 years at Norfolk’s premier agricultural event had finally paid off for CTM, the sugar beet industry’s leading manufacturer and importer of beet harvester and cleaner loaders. The stand also featured their latest ‘Rockstar2‘ de-stoner separator for potato growers.

The Trade Stand award was awarded to the Best overall stand in the Show and was awarded for the most effective and well laid out exhibit, coupled with excellent customer service.

“We build high performance CTM machinery for British agriculture and complement this with the world’s top selling beet harvesters and self-propelled cleaner loaders from ROPA in Germany” explains Nigel.  “Consequently we see the Royal Norfolk Show as a great opportunity to catch up with our loyal customers and friends, not just as an important shop window for our machines.”

CTM also had ROPA Tiger 6 and a Maus 5 loader on the British Sugar Stand.  This was the first year for British Sugar at The Royal Norfolk Show with the objective to show the general public the origins of home grown sugar in the UK. They could also to meet, discuss and entertain with growers and contractors to ensure the continued supply of sugar beet from East Anglia.
